do you grasp Consolidation Loan?

Where do I start? The response to a consolidation loan is the most pathetic pass the buck when we can't assist you so we will go with credit scoring. The difference between the Personal Loan and Consolidation is not the same as they portray.

If I had defaulted on any of my accounts I would have understood or I am now going way over my budgets to not be able to afford another Personal Loan. No, this was a consolidation loan I required to pay one bank and keep with FNB and hopefully also get a slight reduction in interest as I think Nedbank is way over the top. But I was declined did not even listen to me, just assumed and tried to give me a Personal loan which was of course declined. So either their Loans department don't know what they are doing and sincerly out of their depth or I the client have to spell it out to them that is not what I wanted and still they insistent that my credit scoring won't let them give me a loan. They can't even mention the word Consolidation, not it's a loan. Omw, I am frustrated beyond belief.
