How can we help you had changed to how can we ignore you- FNB is dropping the ball on client service. Submitted a service request to my banker on the 29 October 2024, till this day I still don’t have feedback. Sent a reminder… it was an apology coupled with a commitment to feedback. And i and supposed to be a private wealth client. This is a joke
