Do the FNB people know what they are doing?

Dear FNB,<br> <br> Yesterday I was 2 hours at FNB DOT Net in Centurion.<br> <br> My FNB app was disabled because of the password that was entered 3 times wrongly.<br> <br> The problem I had:<br> <br> 1) 4 People needed to identify who I am <br> 2) Every person knows better what to do than the other.<br> 3) My DATA was used as they thought removing and reinstalling the application will help<br> 4) My online profile was totally deleted and re-created<br> 5) I was sitting for hours fixing that up as all my previous settings was gone<br> 6) I currently still have issues updating certain things.<br> <br> NOW: I asked my personal banker how must someone do if their phone are blocked.<br> The got an answer from the FNB online team :<br> \you need to reset your password using a computer if your phone is blocked, then you can go back to the app and log in with new password.\"<br> <br> We tried that and I couldn't even login by specifying my user ID. The error \"The phone are blocked\"<br> <br> I told the FNB guys a few times, read the error carefully please. It isn't software related at all.<br> <br> The next day it work.<br> <br> This complaint is about how the FNB team know more than what I knew, and they knew less.<br> <br> Can someone very high up at online banking please email me !!!!"
