Do not want SWIPE facility on my FNB cards

Without my requesting them, I now find that the VISA cards issued to me by FNB have this 'swipe' function enabling them to be used without a PIN being required. Furthermore, when using the cards for small payments, no message is sent out to tell the owner that the card has been used even on the much lauded (by FNB) App. I consider both features to be inherently unsafe in today's world and an invitation to ****** / pickpockets to ***** and use the card multiple times for transactions without the knowledge of the owner. Please will FNB tell me how I can get cards without the SWIPE facility. Will I have to leave FNB in order to get cards without this facility?

Thank you for your very prompt response. It appears that I was referring to the TAP facility and not the SWIPE facility and that the TAP facility can be removed from my cards so that the PIN must always be used. I await a call back to confirm that this has been done.

The Tap and Go facility on my cash card has been deactivated as requested but nothing has happened regarding the credit card. Please expedite again.
