Do not use this bank you will regret the day!

0 Stars - this has to be the worst bank ever!!! You pay a lot for banking fees and then don't even get helped by the call center. In store no one can help you because only the call center can with certain things (which is crazy) because they just don't take your call. It seems like the service of customers is something seriously lacking and no one is willing to assist customers.

I also didn't believe the bad reviews from everyone and changed my banking to them. Now I can assure almost everyone reading this you do not want to move over to this bank. You will never be helped in store, you wont be helped on email and you will not be helped by that terrible call center.

Important to note that Capitec call center was never an issue and in the store people actually help you with what you require. think I'll be moving back.
