Do not use fnb life insurance.

Useless and shocking customer service. Have a fnb bond and need credit life insurance. Cannot get help from anyone at fnb life call centre to ammend something on policy. Transferred 5 times this morning as everyone says no they cannot do that and end up at voice prompt menu everytime. Really not happy as a private bank client. I just need to ammend the amount of cover. Maybe i should move my bond to another bank as well.
