DO NOT USE FNB FOR TRAVEL

Do Not go with FNB for Global Travels.

1. Majority of the consultants that assist you on call do not know the difference between a cash passport and global account.

2. The cash passport card does not have online visibility for your balance.

3. You have to call in to transfer money to your cash passport.

4. If you call in Forex does not deal with Global and Global does not deal with cash passport, so to try and sort out issues between Global and cash passport you will get transfered to a million different people, with a stupid voice prompt in between that has no idea what the word Forex or global means.

5. Forex does not respond to emails.

Overall the entire experience with using FNB travel is not worth the additional costs you have to pay on all the cards you have to get, which don't even work properly.
