!!!!!DO NOT USE FNB APP TO RENEW LICENCE!!!!I renewed my licence a month before my licence expired via the FNB app I had no correspondence and had to continually follow up.. my license has now expired due to FNB incompetence. The send me a message sorry for the inconvenience there’s been a glitch in our system we will refund your money after all the wait I am now sitting with a vehicle with expired licence you will refund my money in 48 hours I could have made use of other service providers. I sent the complaint and guess what you will get back to me in 48 hours you pathetic instead of trying to resolve the issue.
