Do not use FNB

FNB is the worst bank I've ever dealt with !!!! I was in In France and couldn't access the funds on my FNB passport card. I called the bank 7 times !!! and the response I got was " apologies for the inconvenience, please bring the card to the nearest branch for activation..... Meanwhile I was already in France. I had no money, a card that wasn't working, in a foreign country and no ways to pay for anything ? This is the worst bank in SA. The Forex office operates Monday to Friday during normal office hours. *** !!! why would you operate during SA office hours if people using the passport card are in different countries using a different time zone. I sent an email to the person who issued me the card at FNB Bedfordview Gardens (Luyanda Nkwanyana) to advise him of the situation I'm in and he just ignored my email. He didn't care that I was a South African stuck in a foreign country with no funds because he didn't fully activate my passport cash card.
