DO NOT USE EBUCKS TRAVEL!

I booked a flight for myself and a friend on Ebucks Travel, however, I had to cancel as our trip was canceled. I have asked for a refund which Ebucks Travel refused and said they would credit me. I am now still waiting to get proof of the refund as they cannot tell me where I can view my credit. DO NOT USE EBUCKS TRAVEL!
