Do not use Easy account services

Do not open an Easy Zero account.

They put my account on hold for transfers between my account, I tried to phone the help desk to get it sorted out. I started with the issue at 16:15 ended at 17:40 only to be told that the Easy department closed at 17:00.

I spoke to 12 different agents because they transfer me and the call drops, they give me the direct line to the Easy department and I told them over and over again that I am calling the direct line. I have to verify through the banking app 24 times.

My issue is not resolved and I will not go into a branch to close the account. I want my money transferred out of that account immediately and fnb can close it or Tsek with that account.
