DO NOT TRY TO OPEN A YOUTH ACCOUNT WITH FNB

If I could rate it zero stars I would! Tried opening an account online for my minor son, as I do not have the time to go to a branch, this was 29/03/2021. Till date no one has been willing / able to assist, got a mail 29/03/2021 that his card will be delivered. Now there is a hold and I have to go in to a branch to lift the hold. What in the actual.... It is hilarious how not one person, even customer care is able to assist, O but she did try, pity she can't even give the correct number, It must be difficult to type out a 10 digit number I suppose. DO NOT TRY TO OPEN A YOUTH ACCOUNT WITH FNB. It is pathetic and one person knows less than the following... shocking...
