Do not Trust FNB: Your money is not Secure with them

I am extremely disappointed in FNB right now, an amount of over R4000 *****ulently went off my account and I was advised that they need to investigate and might wait over 30 working days to get resolution. In the interim I need to make a plan for myself as they are not willing to reverse the amount. What makes it even worse is that they say that their Virtual card is very secure, but to my surprise the amount went off the very same so called "SAFE" virtual card. If you are considering joining FNB, take this experience into consideration? I would not make such a bad descion in joining a bank that treats its customers like this. This year alone, I have reported a few other *****ulent activities that go off my account and in all this scenarios I had to sort myself out. Please do not make the same mistake I did and join this bank? Perhaps look at the other banks, maybe they are getting things right. I have been with FNB for close to 10 years if not more, and guess what every month my salary goes into their bank and they reap the rewards of banking charges religiously but when something like this happens, unfortunately they cannot help me.
