DO NOT TRUST FNB VIRTUAL CARD

I was ****MED for R20304.00 and FNB refuse to refund me. I normally use my virtual credit card for online shopping. I thought it was safe. The CVV number change every few minutes. You have to approve the transaction via your banking app. According to FNB ***** department my virtual card was cloned. The ***** department said I click on a link from Vodacom on the 3 April 2024 when my card was cloned according to ***** department, The transactions where my money was ******, was done on the 19 April 2024. How was this possible if the CVV number changed every few mintues. FNB advertise how safe the virtual card is, because the CVV number change often. They refuse to refund, because apparently I gave my details away.
