DO NOT TRUST FNB TO HANDLE AND HOLD YOUR LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
FNB are the holders of my will. I have tried to contact them via email for the last 4 days and didn't even receive an acknowledgement never mind any contact to allow me to update my will. I dread to think of how this branch of FNB will react when called on to actually execute a will. You have managed to instill in me a feeling of total mistrust as to your professional services. myself and my wife will be updating and lodging our wills with a company that appreciates and looks after the business. Just sorry I have to award you 1 star.

09 Dec 2020, 15:59I was contacted by a Mr. Nicholas Mitchell from FNB who very professionally smoothed the whole situation. It would appear that the auto email response was not working and so notifying customers that their emails had, in fact, been received.
All back on track again.
