Do Not Trust FNB Security

Do not Trust FNB Security I had R20 000 ****** from my credit card account through an online transaction where a OTP was sent for verification. Before I got the OTP sms someone from FNB ***** department phoned me with all my info (some info only the bank has access to). They wanted the OTP; I obviously refused and immediately cancelled the card and logged a ***** case. I contacted FNB multiple ways and times to try and get the transaction cancelled or reversed. They refused. They also said I gave the OTP and that this is my fault and refuse to reverse the transaction or pay back the ****** money. It is interesting that they assume I gave out the OTP and based on that alone it is my fault. The fact is that the bank approved the transaction without my consent. DO NOT TRUST FNB when they claim your data is safe with them and that OTP security is good enough. FNB made R28 Billion-rand PROFIT in 2018. But they cannot pay R20 000 to someone who now must pay back that money PLUS interest on that money over many months because I cannot afford to pay off immediately.
