DO NOT TRUST EBUCKS ORDERS AND DIGITAL PLANET. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! *****S!!!

This rating is not even deserving of a 1 star. Ebucks and Digital Planet are the worst to deal with. I bought a 55" Hisense Smart tv on Black friday through ebucks. The TV was delivered 3 weeks later and we soon discovered that we were not able to pick up DSTV. We called ebucks, who referred us to Digital Planet, who referred us to Hisense (notice the lack of accountability???) . Hisense were the only ones who were helpful and sent out a technician to check the TV. The technician advised us that the motherboard was faulty and the TV must be replaced. We said this to Ebucks who said this has nothing to do with them and again referred us to Digital Planet. Digital Planet says it is not their TV and refers to Hisense. Hisense says they can collect the TV and issue a credit to Digital Planet. Ebucks says they may not be able to replace the TV and will refund my Ebucks. I BOUGHT THIS TV ON SPECIAL AND SOLD THE ONE I HAD PREVIOUSLY. WHERE THE HELL WOULD I FIND THIS TV AT THE SAME PRICE???? This means FNB and Ebucks and Digital Planet are absolutely okay to put their customers out of pocket???? I want a refund of the replacement value of the TV so I can go elsewhere to purchase the same or one similar. I am so disgusted with the service from both places and I want to totally distance myself from this bank. I will move my home loan, car finances and all accounts away from FNB. EBUCKS AND DIGITAL PLANET ARE NOTHING BUT THEIVES AND EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEM!!!!
