DO NOT THINK YOU CAN CLOSE AN ACCOUNT WITH FNB ... YOU WILL PAY
I want to close a business account which is no longer in use. However, the bank expect me to PAY TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT. They just buy time to bill exorbitant monthly fees and stretch out the process, than reels in to make you pay to close the account! It should be *******!

09 Mar 2022, 11:25I received a telephone call from somebody from FNB, she listened and then said she would escalate it to the correct department. Same story every time. Nothing has changed. In the meantime, the costs are running up. Everybody at FNB is working under supervision, there are no supervisors
