DO NOT TAKE TEMP LOANS WITH FNB

Kindly advise as to why quires that don't involve sales are never attended too? May 2023 I had hit a financial dip and needed cash urgently, I had taken a temp loan that was OFFERED to me by FNB and 2 weeks later my salary was deposited and immediately the temp loan amount was deducted. Great, right? No unfortunately not because FNB to this day has not updated my credit profile and since then it has affected every aspect of my financial state, claiming the R4000 is a deduction every month when it is in fact NOT I have not taken a temp loan ever since and now my entire future has been affected by *********** staff. I have spent the past 9 months in and out of the bank. not to mention transferred to every department existing in FNB just to get transferred again or dropped call when it took 45 minutes of selecting options to even get that far. I CANT APPLY FOR A VEHICLE DUE TO THIS! MY JOB REQUIRES ME TO TRAVEL! all for a mishap from the bank itself that I trust with my finances? The temp loan is paid up, it should not be on my credit profile messing up my affordability when i have worked so hard NOT to have debt
