do not take out policies with this Institution

I swear if i could give a lower rating i would. After being with the bank for more than 17years i have reached my breaking point. and this final interaction truly sealed it. I have been unemployed this year and after having had payprotect for 3years i felt i would at least have some cushioning. i was wrong. i had to phone after them for four (4) months to get my claim processed at one point i started phoning every day because the person i spoke to said my claim had never been submitted after two months. then they tell me although i had the policy for 3 years and worked at my previous company for 15 years it does not matter because after that job there was three months gap before i got a part time job. this three months invalidates all my years as a client and all my years as a working person. those three months stopped my claim from being paid out. i immediately asked them to cancel all my various policies. i also emailed them this request . in the meantime they kept harassing me to pay a loan with them, a loan i would have been able to pay with the payprotect money they were meant to pay me. they have once again tried to take the money and now my account (as an unemployed person) sits at ,negative R1600, does this even make sense? then i phone their call center, i was beyond p'd off OBVIOUSLY. the call center agent THATO PENN actually laughed at me at one point and i think she gave the phone to someone else to listen to the call. she says she has finally cancelled my policies. If you are considering this bank or their millions of policies, DONT. you will not get a pay out.
