Do Not take out home loan or life insurance with FNB

Basically me and my wife took out a home loan with FNB (which we regret). We have received the worst service ever.

1stly nobody told us about Debi checks which we opened a cheque account with FNB so thr home loan and life insurance can go off effortlessly or so we assumed.

Someone called Loreal Moses from collections called my wife saying we incurred late interedt charges due no payment but it was suppose to go off but didn't. She advised my wife she will let her supervisor call us back(This was on Friday) but this ofcause did not happen nor did she even call us back again as promised. Then we had to manually pay the installment but no what happens next month? What happens to the interest charges which was not our fault? Life insurance didn't go off either. We called the FNB call center which is as everybody knows the worst... naturally being passed from pillar to post. Again empty promises on callbacks. Please I would like a manager to call me back. Lastly we were also promised when we took our home loan and cheque account with FNB we would get ebucks but guess what nothing.
