Do not take loans with FNB. You will suffer. They don't care about you

Please do not upgrade your account to take any loan out. I was making good money and took a R10000 small loan under my profile. I then lost my job and informed them but they still took the premium profile charges plus the loan charges. Said I couldn't change my account till the loan was paid. So even though I was unemployed I still had to pay the premium account fees.
