DO NOT TAKE FNB HEALTH CARE COVER

FIRST NATIONAL BANK (HEALTH CARE COVER IS A ****) 2 years ago an agent called to me sell a health cover that will assist anytime i am addmitted at a hospistal over 3 days. The agent claimed the coverage would cover any hospital stays I might have if from 3 days i admitted. I've recently started to feel stress and tension affectngi me physically as well as mentally. My GP then suggested that I visit a psychologist, which I did. Right away, the psychologist advised me to stop everything and make an appointment with a psychiatrist the following day, which I did. I was subsequently incarcerated in a mental health facility for 14 days. after attempting to inquire about the claim-filing process with FNB, now its claiming not to cover mental illness. I want to know if a psychiatrist's hospital does not count as hospital. People who are admitted there are being treated there are not patients, right? Mental illeness its a big issue , which affects many south africans and their families everyday.Why then does FNB discriminate againts the many people who are struggling with mental health disordeer. if only big companies like FNB would really start taking care of their clients than not only taking money away from us. Mental disorder its a big issue and you choose to exclude us because you are going to run out of funds . I will be taking my account and my money to another bank cause you are hardly there to give us the benefits we deserve. Your agents think we are stupid and treat us unproffessionally to give us claims forms knowing very well anything mental they dont cover. Why make me go through all of that for what? You are **** OF A BANK. People better run now and cancel their policies.
