Do not take a bond with FNB

Okay so 2nd bad experience now with fnb. So my wife wanted a fixed interest quote from FNB last week Monday and still no quote. An entire week later and no response. Then the Wednesday my wife initiates a chat via the app and then agent didn't provide feedback to us either. So either FNB either doesn't want to provide their customer with fixed interest rates because they afraid they going to lose or what? Would be nice to hear back from somebody. FNB upgrading everywhere except their call centers and processes. Clearly SLA not a priority or one time resolution l.
