Do NOT switch to FNB

Firstly they were kind enough to arrange for my credit card to be delivered to my door, but not so much my cheque card, for that I had to go into the branch. Well this wasn't the biggest deal, I wanted to go in so that I could have help with getting registered for online banking. While in the branch I was told that everything was now set up...my credit card was activated, I was registered for online banking, I would recieve sms's for all transactions. What a joke!!!! The next day when I wanted to use my credit card it was still not activated. When I tried to go online to do banking, I received a message that I had to go into a branch to activate my online profile. I was able to use my debit card, three days ago, but I am still waiting for the transaction sms. So I phoned them explaining my problem and to ask for it to be set right, after nine minute of being put on hold the lady who helped me said "Hello" and put the phone down....I still haven't recieved a call back from them.

Be warned....DO NOT SWITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!
