DO NOT sign up with FNB Connect!!!!
Please note that I have not been able to receive calls on my FNB Connect SIM since 30 April 2016. This is unacceptable! I have contacted the FNB Connect support centre every day to be told that my problem will be escalated each time...is this a joke?? Nobody has been able to get hold of me since Saturday. I am paying for a service that cannot be used. I am a very dissatisfied customer since I received my new SIM card recently. This is the most appalling product and I will definitely not recommend FNB Connect to ANYONE I know!!
