Do not renew your license disk with FNB!!!!!!
Dear all
I did a vehicle registration with FNB over 8 weeks ago and up till today its still not done. Please do not use this service it was meant for convenience but what it ended up being was a huge inconvenience and disappointing experience. I advise everyone out there don't waste your time and money and use this service. FNB keeps telling me someone will contact me but nothing happens I posted on Facebook and have numerous messages sent to them privately with no resolution.

23 Dec 2020, 17:15Thank you however still no one called or gave me an update. Anyways clearly no one cares about customer service. Take the money and make the customer wait and get traffic fines since it's okay to have that approach.
