DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING OVER TO FNB!

I recently opened a private account with FNB, I noticed over the past months I have accumulated any ebucks which was strange, I decided to call my banker to find out why, my banker told me that I have a credit card with FNB that is bad standing. Now I dont understand how this is possible, last time I had an FNB CC card was 12-13 years ago? How is this possible, and I cannot get any answers or clarity on this?
