DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've always been a huge fan of FNB but have had the most terrible experience recently. I closed a savings account that I do not use - it charges a monthly R6 account fee and has no purpose for me. I settled the R6 account fee and closed the account through FNB. Next thing my ebucks level shows I don't qualify because my account is not in good standing. I work hard to get to level 5 every month and rely on the benefits and the discounts. It has now been over a month of multiple support calls, getting different answers and having to follow up with them over and over with no resolution. FNB is great until you have an issue, the support is terrible and the system is also down quite often.
