Do not receive your pension in FNB . They will withhold it for more days than necessary

My funds have been frozen for 3 days and counting even after sending proof that this is my pension. I have sent 3 emails , 4th sent today in an FNB branch.

I understand that in today's world there is a lot of money laundering hence why they need to investigate large sums of money. My complaint is not that.

My complaint is that I have had to send proof 4 times and no one actions it. I have bills to pay .

Thursday, again sent an email from *** with subject line : Passport number : AE095191 FNB ACCOUNT NUMBER : ***.

Again on Thursday sent another email for proof of income: Reference number : ***. Passport number : AE095191 FNB ACCOUNT NUMBER : ***.
