Do not purchase FNB Smart Devices, you'll regret it!!!

I bought FNB Smart Devices, which incudes a Samsung Smart HD TV plus Samsung Home Theatre System, the overall debt amounted to R23,000. I earn on the 15th of each month, but was forced to make payments on the 20th of each month. Last Year in November, my outstanding was R3.000 only. I failed to meet my commitments in the month of November and December. Guess what, in the first week of January I was told that my account had been handed over for collections and my new outstanding balance is R9,000.

The reason why my debt trippled was because of a what was said to be a clause in the contract. If I fail to pay my installment, I forfeit the discount I received when I first purchased the devices. What baffles me, is why charge me R9000, when I am about to settle the remaining balance of R3,000. A absolute cruelty of the highst degree.

I am taking this to the ombudman's office, if it fails to my lawyers.
