Do not promise what you cannot deliver!

<p>FNB has been advertising 'Global Accounts' which allow their clients to save in foreign currency... On paper, this is a beautiful service with countless benefits and seamless service delivery promises. In reality, may I just say that I have been trying to access my account for over 2 months. It is disguisting that the bank does not take me seriously, putting me on hold, freezing my account and giving me the constant run around! Oh wait, let us not forget the number of times they have given me documents to fill in....only to give me more when I feel like I am making progress. Its my money! Give me the respect and service I deserve!!!! </p>
