Do not pay for FNB On Road Protect - It is a **** and you will lose money

Hi. I'm going to be spamming every available contact because I'm tired of this.

For months, I was paying for FNB On Road Protect. For months, I asked for assistance to get discounts on fines and to claim pothole damage. I received half replies and then none. For months, I wanted to cancel my R95pm membership. No reply. Then I made the mistake of renewing my license disc through ORP. They actually rep**** and I paid the R504 that I was quoted.

Guess what happened? That's right. No reply. My money? Gone. I have now asked multiple times, through multiple channels and nothing. I have been told I would be contacted and never was. I really just want my money.

My car's disc is expired and now I have to pay a renewal fine, on top of the license disc fee. Thanks.
