DO NOT OPEN BANK ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE. INCORRECT COMMUNICATION AND TURN AROUND TIME

Do not open an account over the phone.

They mislead you by informing you just deposit your money and you can begin trade.

What they dont tell you is it takes them forever to process your documents and you could have just gone to the bank and open an account faster there.

Horrible communication and will be noting this as the reason why i will be leaving FNB.
