DO NOT OPEN ANY FNB ACCOUNT - YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER

Whatever you do, DO NOT OPEN ANY KIND OF FNB ACCOUNT!!!!.I am so upset that I wanted to change my account from Capitec to FNB. FNB Menlyn Maine was running a promotion with my employer and came to work to get more clients. Full of promises i was told that the promotion meant that I will not have any banking fees for the next 6 months. To my surprise an account fee of R105 went off my account yesterday and I have not moved any debit orders yet which means my account is now in arrears... I dealt with Helgaard Muller and he just blue ticks me on whatsapp, he also just ignores my e-mails. I have never in my life had such mediocre service from a bank in my life. Please do not change your account to FNB, their slogan should be "how can we waste your time". Please can someone make contact with me in order to rectify this situation as I am ready to go all over social media and share my disgust in your corporate bank on every platform possible.
