Do not open an Investment account at FNB

Last week I tried to open a Tax Free Savings account from my FNB Internet banking, they said I will be contacted in 48 hours, I was not contacted. On Tuesday 17/03/2026 I tried again to open a Tax Free account and this time I took a picture of the message that a FNB Consultant will contact me shortly, today the 20/03/2026 I still have not been contacted.

The service from FNB just get worse by the day!
