DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH FNB!

I recently had a dreadful experience with FNB Bank at the Mtubatuba branch. They inexplicably put my account on hold, freezing access to my funds. This action left me unable to utilize my own money, causing immense inconvenience and frustration. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service was abysmal, offering little assistance or explanation. The lack of communication and assistance from FNB Bank has been utterly disappointing, and I strongly advise against entrusting them with your financial needs!
