Do NOT open a Private Clients Credit Card!!

We had a FNB Platinum Credit Card since 2011 and we paid R76 fees every month. In March 2015, a new guy starting at FNB Main Branch told my husband to switch to the Private Clients Credit Card and nothing would change. The Platinum Credit Card was closed without any explanation of interest and fees and this was the day before we went on a trip. During the trip we were unable to use the credit card and in April we were billed R285 and in May we were billed R260 for interest and credit card fees. Now FNB won't close this Credit Card because we refuse to pay these fees. Do not ever open a Private Clients Credit Card and do not allow anybody at the FNB Branch to change your account without your knowledge!!
