DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT WITH FNB

I truly believe this bank does not live up to its name. I recently phoned to open a Business Account. Everything was setup, then I received the request for documentation which I provided on EVERY SINGLE REQUEST. I have sent through the documentation 4 TIMES. Now the business account is on hold because, they didn't receive any documentation. Tried phoning them and am on hold for longer than 10mins. This entire process has started on the 22nd of February 2021. FNB is supposed to be the best digital bank, but in every single instance of contact, it shows that your services do not work. I am considering moving my money elsewhere due to this lack of service for business banking and personal banking.
