Do not open a acc at FNB they are not user friendly

I have been a FNB Client since 2010 and i opened 2 accounts for my kids on the app following up every day they say its because of document not loaded, i mailed it loaded it online and still the account is on hold. my children inherited money and the money needs to be released from Nedbank tomorrow if not i have to open a account at nedbank and move all my business that side. Today i took the time and phoned and the most rude lady spoke to me telling me i must go in to the branch and i am not in the position to go in, And why should i go in if my sister did the same for her kids and there where no Hickups she did not go in. And she shouted at me telling me this is the prosedure there no other way.
