Do NOT move to FnB for eBucks - Reward system and services not working

I recently moved to FnB bank, mainly due to the eBucks reward system. Only to receive the incorrect amount of eBucks, a full total of 9 eBucks (Less than R1) was awarded.

I've logged a complaint, and was promised a response within 2-5 working days. After 6 working days I've called, only to hear they will call me back. It's been 13 working days later, still no response.

It's disheartening to move to a new bank only to find this type of service. Especially if the main reason for the move was the rewards system. . .

The story with FNB eBucks continues. . . . I've received multiple calls and responses from FNB promising to refund the rewards level the next month. Lo and behold next month arrive with none of my eBucks being loaded for my credit card, even though it's linked . More shockingly seems like I'm not the only one . . . . DO NOT GO TO FNB
