Do not invest with FNB!
I invested with FNB & decided to disinvest because I need the money. It’s been 3 months since I’ve asked for my money and they are giving me the round around with no straight answers. They accused me of lying about taking to their consultants twice & they claim that all calls are recorded. Do not invest with FNB. They have handled my case badly and the whole experience has been a dread. I still don’t have my money! I regret investing with FNB and thinking of moving my whole banking elsewhere both personal and business. I am in awe of the customer service.

23 Dec 2024, 10:40I have been told “your case is our priority” to much that I don’t want to hear that line anymore. I just want my money! I’ve never seen such a slow and dreading turn around time in “prioritised” matters. Since the last week of October till this day just to have a payout? That’s *********** from a customer service point of view.
