Do NOT invest in the Cash Intelligence Investment fund
I opened a Cash Intelligence Investment fund with FNB via the FNB App which was simple and easy to use but upon withdrawing money from the account I never got the opportunity to approve the breakage fee, so FNB just took money without my approval. What makes it worse is that you can't get hold of any staff to support or help you with my query.

15 Nov 2022, 13:42After receiving automatic messages/emails and an email notifying me that I will receive a response within 24 hours I still have not received any feedback or a resolution which I highly doubt will happen. Poor customer service, especially considering I bank and have a mortgage with FNB.
