Do not insure with these people
Claim free my whole life, first time I claim for something I get rejected because its "fair wear and tear" fast forward a week I have no technical report or feedback from them. I changed insurance to them as I bank with them but I must say the way they have handled my claim is disgusting.

15 Apr 2025, 10:19Its been weeks and I still have no technical report or rejection letter for my claim. This is so annoying. DO your jobs man. I have spoken to multiple people who assured me I would get the report the same day.
