Do not insure with FNB device insurance

I insured my Laptop with FNB device insurance for 8 years now. the laptop is no more working properly, when communicated i have been told that the laptop will be replaced with another one at percentage that i must pay. They collected the laptop and after a week or 2 i received an email that the claim has been rejected and i have been told that i will get nothing from the insurance.

I regret paying the insurance for 8 years.

Guys please do not insure with such companies like FNB. These type of ***** insurances are there just to eat peoples money.
