App**** for relief on the 24th April, supposed turnaround time of 24 - 48 hrs. . 2 Weeks later, i'e' 336 hours later, still waiting to be updated from stage 2, i.e. received documents and processing, to getting some sort of answer as in, yes or No. BUT something as an answer please. DISGUSTING!!! Do Not Advertise a service if you cannot deliver on that service.
