Do not go to premier

<p>So I get an sms on the 29th of September stating the following:<br />FNB :-) From Sept '16, Revolving Loan monthly service fees will be charged to your loan account (instead of your cheque account). FNB a div of FRB Ltd NCRCP20<br />Now I have run this through many people, but can some explain to me what this means?</p> <p>In my mind and others I have consulted, it means that the management fee will be charged to the revolving loan account and not the cheque account hence this part "Revolving Loan monthly service fees will be charged to your loan account (instead of your cheque account)" Which is the whole message.</p> <p>So I phone FNB Premier, I ask him to explain, he says this means my debit order is consolidated making one debit order from my CHEQUE account.</p> <p>But that isn't what the sms reads I say, he asks me to read it to him, he says " He doesn't understand how that can be confusing to me?" <br />Are you serious? Multiple people I have asked said the same as what I did. So cleary FNB either dont't know what their own messages are. Or how to handle confused customers. Either way it is rediculous.</p> <p>I'm still at a loss if the management fee will increase my loan amount.... which is rediculous and is why I phoned.</p> <p>I admit, I swore (one F bomb), but we were arguing for like 10min on what the message said. I was frustrated. But I still don't know. I swear this is why people leave banks.</p>
