DO NOT go to FNB Private
We tried applying for a structured loan to merge two properties and to get a better rate, this also means you have to go through a private banker, which also means you will never be assisted as they are never available or even able to answer a simple email.
We are unable to to continue with our home load registration due to FNB not being able answer an email.
My Point is, DO NOT go to FNB Private or ever attempt a structured load with them. Their private bankers are useless

They cannot answer emails, phone calls, or even simple questions. We can do nothing through any other FNB channels as we have to go through FNBs absolutely pathetic private banking suite.
