Do not go to FNB for student loans. Or any loan that is urgent for that matter.

The customer service is terrible. Went to apply for a student loan and on the website they claim that the process takes 24 to 48 hours however I have been running around in circles for about two weeks now. They continually ask for documents which I have already sent then take forever to reply. I have no idea what is causing the delays as I have provided them with everything they requested but so far they have been quiet for a week, no calls or emails to let me know whether the loan was approved or not. When I do make the attempt to contact them, no one is willing to give me a definitive answer and my emails are ignored. I would not recommend this company one bit for student loans!
