Today I embarked on a new journey to find a student loan to pay for my studies. I have been fighting to get a student loan for a while now and it kept turning up unsuccessful as I was told I would need a surety. I finally found a surety that is willing to help me out and approached FNB V&A waterfront to walk me through the process. As my surety is in JHB and I am in CPT, Aslam told me that it is not possible to get a student loan with her as a surety and that we would both need to attend a branch together.
